We know buying a wedding gown is a big decision, so we offer flexibility while protecting the quality of our vintage pieces.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront. This includes a non-refundable try-on fee, which is clearly noted on each gown’s product page.
Returns: You may return your gown within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus the non-refundable try-on fee and any applicable damage fees. (Australia Only)
Return Conditions: Gowns must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping; tracking and insurance are strongly recommended.
Refunds: After inspection, refunds (less fees) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes:
- Sale items, getting ready outfits, veils, gifts, and accessories are final sale and non-refundable.
- International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Contact us at ciao@vestitovintage.com within 14 days of receiving your gown to initiate a return OR simply return your gown to the address provided in your parcel and we will process the refund once the dress has been received and checked over.
