We understand that purchasing a wedding gown is an important decision. Our policies offer flexibility while ensuring the preservation of our vintage pieces. Please review the following terms carefully before making your purchase.
PAYMENT TERMS
Full Payment & Try-On Fee

All wedding gowns must be paid in full before shipment.

Each gown includes a non-refundable try-on fee, which is built into the total purchase price. This fee will be clearly noted on each individual product page.
Try-On Fee for Multiple Gowns

If multiple gowns are purchased and returned, the non-refundable try-on fee applies to each gown individually.

If the buyer keeps one gown, the try-on fee for all other returned gowns will be halved.
This ensures a fair balance between flexibility for brides and the protection of our vintage collection.
RETURN POLICY
Wedding Gown Returns (Australia Only)
If after receiving your wedding gown, you decide it is not the right fit, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, minus the non-refundable try-on fee and any applicable damage fees.
Return Eligibility

The gown must be in its original condition: unaltered, and free from damage.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by courier tracking.
Condition of Returned Gowns

If the gown is damaged upon return (e.g., broken zipper, rip, stain), an additional damage fee will apply.

If the gown is returned in acceptable condition, the refund (minus the non-refundable try-on fee and any damage fees) will be issued within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
How to Initiate a Return

Notify Us: Contact us at ciao@vestitovintage.com within 14 days of receiving your gown.

Return Instructions: We will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.

Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the gown and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
No Returns on All Other Products (Australia & International)

All products other than wedding gowns (Australia only) are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes all international wedding gown orders, getting ready outfits, formalwear, veils, gifts, and accessories.

Shipping Packaging

Bridal gowns will always be shipped individually in their own box, regardless of whether you purchase multiple gowns or add other items to your order.

Other items, including getting ready outfits, formalwear, veils, gifts, and accessories, will be carefully bundled together where possible.
Shipping Locations
We ship domestically within Australia and internationally.
Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $250 AUD.

For orders under this amount, a flat shipping rate of $14.95 AUD applies.

International shipping flat rate of $50 AUD.
Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days.

Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location from.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email.
International Orders - No Returns
We are thrilled to offer international shipping, but due to the nature of vintage items:

All international sales are final - we do not accept returns or exchanges on internationally shipped orders.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
